"People Are Taking Notice
Of My Gains...”
"Ha, I just wanted to tell you one thing! Now people are taking notice
of my gains. I was at a birthday party for my niece, and one woman
asked how much weight I had gained and then she asked if I was using
steroids!

Vince, I started "your six-pack quest" 5 weeks ago. There was a small
part of me that asked "will it really work?" But what you wrote made
sense. The pictures were real. Your videos had you doing the routines.
So I started it. My health is up and down because I have a low
immune system due to doctors pushing pills at me a few years ago
screwing me up and giving me a huge set back.
I haven't been able to have a complete a week doing every workout
yet but I'm doing what I can and every week it gets easier. I read my
scales wrong at first but now I know I started at:
Female
age 24
66.5 kilos
43 kilos of muscle
31% fat
and couldn't do a push up.
five weeks later and BOOM!
66.5 kilos
46.5 kilos of muscle
27% fat
and can pump out 6 push up at the moment. (real ones...not the girly ones)
in just 5 weeks and I haven't even done the program to its fullest
yet. I am mega proud of myself. I can bicep curl 6 kilos now and every
work out is hard but fun.
I have done weights on Monday and Friday each week and small amounts of
cardio that I try to do better each week. I'm feeling fitter, happier,
healthier and even though every now and then I have a bad day feeling
extra fatigued I have seen a massive improvement in my over all health.
Before I started I was sick almost one day every week. Now the bad
days aren't so bad and I recover so much faster. On "that" time of the
month I couldn't even get out of bed I had so much pain and now I can
go to the gym.
Even though the guy that runs the gym I go to is very sceptical
about me getting a six pack I haven't let that stop me. I WILL get that
six pack and i'm going show him IT CAN BE DONE and that Vince Delmonte
taught me how.
